The content at a slow speed. 2. The content at a natural speed. 3. The host explains various expressions, slang, etc. used in the content (this is by far the longest part of the podcast). 4. The content is repeated at a natural speed. 5. Questions about the content. The episodes are available as podcasts or on YouTube.
